We have 3 spaces available to rent for your meetings, parties, reunions, weddings, etc. anywhere from 3 hours to all day long.
Our 50 person Dining Room has a large screen TV available to show PowerPoint and other presentations and has sliding doors and blinds on all of the windows to allow for both room darkening and privacy.
Our 50 person upstairs seating area is more casual and includes the use of our outdoor terrace during warmer weather.
Our 125 person newest space, the pavilion, can be fully enclosed during cool/cold weather with accordian windows and doors to give you full view of the 17 acre land conservation area. It is an unheated space with no A/C. It has access to outdoor seating, our kids play area and a space for an outdoor ceremony for weddings.
- To reserve your room, a deposit of $100 is required, either online (at bottom of this form) or in person.
- Once your order and deposit are received, someone from the Hop will contact you withn 48 hours.
- The total deposit required will be a non-refundable 25% with the signing of your rental contract, with the balance due 30 days prior to your event. All day rentals also require a $200 security deposit, payable with the final payment.
- Your room rental is not official until you have talked with a Hop representative and your reservation is finalized

- There are no minimum food or beverage requirements
- No outside food or beverages are available
