The closest airports to the retreat are Pine Island Airport DUF, Dare County Regional Airport, & Norfolk International Airport. Amtrak's closest stop is in Richmond, VA. Do you need transportation to and from either of these locations? If possible we will provide connections &/or information to HELP A SISTER OUT!

It is important that you consult with a physician if you have a medical condition or limitation that may make traveling to participate in our conference retreat hazardous for yourself or for the other women in attendance. Neither the GIRL TALK: Help A Sister Out! ministerial team, nor its agents or assigns are liable for any health complications that may arise. It is important to follow doctors' orders as it relates to your health.

Please inform us of any medical or dietary conditions that will make you in any way Special Needs at the Conference Retreat.

As we approach CHOSEN VESSELS 2026, we'd like to help pray over any issues or circumstances that may be weighing on your heart, even PRIOR to our event. If you have a prayer request that you would like for us to join you in prayer about, please list it here

*SPECIAL REQUEST: Please bring 1 white dress/outfit and either 1 dark pink or 1 peach outfit for pictures. You may bring workout attire and beach wear. Please also pack at least 1 Derby look and something you can wear with a tee-shirt to complete a WESTERN look such as jeans & boots.

There will be a chance to attend a Wild Horses Safari Tour on Wednesday for a nominal fee of $60 and a few spots will be available for a specialty photo-shoot on-site, also for a minimal fee. More indirectly will be available onsite. All other activities and materials are available at no additional charge as part of your registration fee.

The Registration Fee includes:

Lodging - oceanfront mansion, where EACH bedroom has its own private bathroom

Conference sessions and materials (including our LOADED Swag Bag & Conference tee)

If you encounter any problems accessing the app to purchase tickets in our Blog Community Event setting, please contact us to arrange/confirm ticket purchase using an alternate method.

With notice, tickets can also be purchased by submitting your funds via CashApp, our GoFundMe page, in person, or even by mail - we simply have to have expressly stated notice of this to keep track of our numbers since spaces are limited, and to be sure that we are tracking ticket purchases with registration. Your presence at our recorded events is deemed your express consent for your likeness or voice to be captured. You must expressly revoke that consent in writing and avoid posing for photos or voluntarily allowing your image or voice to be captured.

We are not physicians. If you have physical or mental limitations that may make attending this event a hazard for you, be sure to consult your physician and use ask necessary due caution if you attend. This ministry and it's agents, members, and asigns is not liable for physical injury at our events so use all due caution. Also, be sure to secure your belongings.
