NOTE: Applications are on a first come/paid basis. Thank you! Priority will be given to artisians, creators, or makers, above 3rd party vendors (example: Avon, etc).

We strive to offer our attendees a diverse selection of unique artist wares as well as exciting products that they may not be able to purchase elsewhere.

Vendors will be admitted based on space availability as well as product distinction.

EVENT DAY PROCEDURES:

IMPORTANT: There is no food or open drink allowed on Boomtown Street. Only bottled water (no juice or pop) is allowed as all the museum artifacts on Boomtown Street are very precious. Thank you for understanding.
Any vendor that has an outstanding payment may be turned away unless they can present payment at the entrance.
The vendor is required to provide all necessary items to set up their booth/table.
Vendors must maintain their spaces in a clean condition and remove all waste before leaving the event.
The vendor is expected to display professionalism, courtesy, and respect when speaking or dealing with ANY guest.

NOTE: NO ITEMS THAT ARE IMMORAL, ILLEGAL, OR DANGEROUS WILL BE ALLOWED, IF THE COMMITTEE FEELS ANY ARTICLES ARE QUESTIONABLE, REMOVAL WILL BE REQUESTED. NON-COMPLIANCE WILL CAUSE THE VENDOR TO BE ASKED TO LEAVE.

The undersigned also understands and agrees that CUMFI, its advisors and principles, and/or the Host Center will not be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damages that might incur. By filling out this form, you are agreeing to all of the above rules as a general contract.
