Equipment Applications

We have recently become a referring agency for Sport Central and will be filtering all of our equipment requests through their amazing organization. Please note that if you require equipment for the youth you're applying for, will we refer you directly to Sport Central and they will facilite all equipment needs directly with you.

Options:

In Person - We refer your athlete and you go to Sport Central to get fitted/pick up the needed equipment.

Outreach - We refer you and Sport Central contacts you to facilite your equipment needs and sends the equipment directly to you.

Financial Portion of Application
Below we will ask you to submit pages 1 & 2 of your Canada Child Benefit (CCB) Notice which will help us determine your family's need for a sponsorship. We are aware that every family has extenuating circumstances regardless of what their CCB notice might indicate. We invite everyone to apply and use this application to help us understand why you might be needing financial assistance at this time.

Please add anything you would like to share about why your child/youth/family would benefit from a sponsorship from the R&R Empowering Society of Alberta. Feel free to include any extenuating circumstances your family may be experiencing.

Please note the following guidelines before applying:

Family/Child/Youth must have an Alberta address as a permanent residence
Child/Youth must be between the ages of 4 and 18
Canada Child Benefit documents are required with the application (extenuating circumstances will be considered with explanation)
Form must be filled out in full
No deadline for applications
If equipment is being purchased, receipts must be provided within 7 days after purchase
If registration fees are being applied for, we will pay the organization directly or require payment receipts if payment was already made to the organization
