Saint Joseph’s Carpenter Society (SJCS) is working with the City of Camden’s Urban Enterprise Zone to implement The Camden Strong Facade Improvement Program. This program is an effort to improve the economic growth in areas throughout the City of Camden through façade improvements to businesses registered with the UEZ. This program pays for permits and construction. This program offers assistance of up to $50,000.00 for exterior improvements to a commercial building within the boundaries of the City UEZ zone. There will be a total of 12 businesses to receive façade work potentially equally distributed throughout the city.This is a matching fund program with a minimum of $10,000.00 up to a maximum of $25,000.00 to be provided by the participant.
