ABOUT THE PROGRAM

Second Nature at Reads Creek provides residential and commercial landscaping maintenance services as listed below. A crew will maintain your property throughout the season as weather, property needs, and customer requests dictate. Typical maintenance service consists of weeding, pruning trees/shrubs/perennials, clean-up of plants and planting beds, installation of mulch or bedding material, assessing and responding to plant health, application of fertilizer and/or herbicide, removal of debris. Standard labor rate in 2023 is $99 per crew member, per hour.

We consent to the services as listed above at the current listed rate. We understand that the hours may vary depending on the amount of clean-up needed and that there will be a crew of 2-3 people on-site to complete the work at each visit. In addition, if there are extra projects or jobs you would like completed, those will be billed at the standard rate as listed above.We understand that we will be billed after each visit after the labor and materials expenses are calculated.We understand that Second Nature at Reads Creek accepts payments in cash, check, or credit card, and that an extra 3% processing fee will be added for any credit card payments.
