Breakthru Referral Program: Referrer Sign Up Form

Your Referrer Code carries a 10% discounts for the website below:

2. empwr2u.net - for selected items on our bookshop. 

This will encourage your referee/customer to use your referrer code. When they register for courses or purchase items at bookshop, inform them to key in your referrer code at the Discount Coupon field, and they will see their item price reduced.

By participating in our referral program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for registering as a referrer, you must complete the following registration form with the required name, contact and banking information. This program is currently open to only Breakthru Enrichment Station parents, Breakthru Academy students, and PACE Association members to apply, and subject to approval case to case basis.

Referrer's Role
The Referrer refers the potential Referees (customer) for the following programs offered by Breakthru Enrichment Station or Breakthru Academy:

1. Child Registration at Breakthru Enrichment Station, of whom a parent sign-up/register their child to seleted programs offered such as PEARLS, ACE, EPIC or VSP. Referrers may only receive commission of which the child have not previously enrolled in our school program before.
2. Student Registration for selected Breakthru Academy courses. Referrers may refer each course that an individuals join.
3. Completed Purchasing of selected Publication item at Breakthru Online Bookshop. 

Each of the above catergory are to be approved separately and independantly. Upon approval, you will be notified with and email of which category has been approved and activated for you.

Checking Your Profile
A user account based on your provided email address below will be created upon submission of this dully signed registration form. Log-in to https://breakthru.com.my/referral to update your profile, and check on your commission allocations.

Commission Fees

1. Personalized Education And Refinement Learning System (PEARLS) Program

Upon a successful registration of the Referee for the number of PEARLS sessions , the Referrer will receive 5% commission of the Program fees paid. This is a one-time payment happen to only for the first registration of a PEARLS program.

2. Academic Curriculum Exploration (ACE), Elementary Programme Intensive Curriculum (EPIC), Vocational Skills Preparation (VSP), Apprenticeship Programs

Upon a successful registration by a Referee referred by the Referrer, the Referrer will receive RM500 as commission. The commission fee of RM500 shall be split into five (5) equal installments of RM100 each, to be paid to the referrer over a period of five (5) months while the referee remains enrolled with our program.

 3. Breakthru Academy Courses hosted on empwr2u.com

Upon successful registration by a Referee on a course and fully paid for it, the Referrer will receive a 5% introduction fee based on the fee paid by the student as commission.

4. Publication Materials sold at empwr2u.net (Online Bookshop)

Upon purchasing and successful payment by a Referee on selected publication material, the Referrer will receive a 5% commission fee based on the amont paid.

Claim Your Commission
You must match your customer to your account manually and indicate which item is to claim the commission from. These are done on the website.

Once you have matched your customer, and the customer has paid for the item, your commission will be allocated for you. You may then claim the allocated commission online.

Payout

Please take note that payment will not be automatic and you will have to make a claim to get them. Commissions that are not claimed after a year will be forfieted.

Payment Date
After making a claim, your commissions will be paid at the end of the month. You will be notified of the payement released to you, and payment status can be checked from the same website.

In the event that the referee decides to discontinue their enrollment with ACE, EPIC, VSP, or Apprenticeship Programs before the completion of the 5th month, the payment allocation for  the remaining months shall also be cancelled.

Payment Mode
The commission fees will be paid to the Referrer via bank transfer. It is the Referrer's responsibility to provide accurate payment information to receive the commission fees.

Program Changes
We reserve the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time, without notice. In the event of program termination, no commission fees will be paid for any Referees referred after the termination date.

Program Abuse
We reserve the right to disqualify any Referrer or Referee who abuses the referral program, including but not limited to: fraud, spamming, misrepresentation, or attempting to receive commission fees by creating fake Referees. We may also take legal action against any individual who abuses the program.

Liability
We are not liable for any damages or losses incurred by the Referrer or Referee as a result of participating in the referral program. The Referrer and Referee participate in the program at their own risk.

Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, and any dispute arising under these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
