Fees:
1. Booth Rental Fee: $40 per booth
2. Food Truck Fee: $75 per space (this is for food vendors with a truck only)
2. Late fee: $15 (if vendor is not set up by the start time)
Setup:
1. Booth Setup Time: 8:00 p.m.
2. Booth Takedown Time: anytime between 12a.m. - 3:00 a.m.
3. Vendors must bring their own table(s) and chairs.
4. Electricity is available. Contact us in advance to reserve an electrical outlet.
5. Vendor's vehicle must remain in parking lot. Drop- - off access is available for unloading and loading during setup and takedown times.
6. All items and trash must be cleared from the vendor's booth by the end of event day.
7. Food truck vendors will be located outside. Make sure to bring all equipment needed.
Food Vendors-Please provide coverings for all food.
FOOD CAN NOT BE TOUCHED WITH BARE HANDS. A barrier must be provided between the bare hand and the ready-to-eat food. Examples of physical barriers include: gloves, deli tissues, tongs, ladles, spatulas, forks, etc.
