Walking Home Permission Form
Please complete this form to notify school that you wish for your child in Years 5 or 6 to walk to and from school on their own for the rest of the academic year.

Please note that this will not be with immediate effect. Your child will be able to walk home 2 full school days after this form is submitted. For example if the form is submitted at any time on Tuesday, then your child will be able to walk home on their own from the Friday.
