The SAND Volleyball Tournament starts at 1:00 pm, Saturday June 13th, at the Russell Park Court. 

PARKING-

On the side streets adjacent to Russell Park. 

TEAM ROSTERS—
Each player must have read the online waiver form before playing (see below), and their name must be on the sign-up form. Players must be 14 yrs or older.
Teams may have up to 10 people on the roster, only 6 play on the court at a time. At least two players on the court must be female. Girls sub for girls, guys sub for guys.

TOURNAMENT FORMAT —
Teams will be randomly placed into pool play or a double elimination bracket. 

A match is best 2/3 games to 15 pts. Win by 2, no cap. Game balls will be provided. Championship match will be best 2/3 to 21 pts. Win by 2, no cap.

Teams need to check in 15 min. prior to their scheduled game. We will play ahead if possible. Teams will self-officiate. Be honest and fair! Disputed volleys will be re-played. The Bell Tower Festival Tournament Director will step in to delay or terminate a game or remove a player if, in his/her opinion, the matter is one of safety or unsportsmanlike conduct.

ON-THE-COURT —
Players may not spike with two hands. Serves may not be blocked or attacked. Lifts and Net Violations result in side out/point for the other team.
A block is not considered a hit. A female does NOT have to hit the ball before goes over the net. Girls sub for girls, guys sub for guys. Defer to the tournament coordinator for standard rules clarification.

SAFETY —
All participants play at their own risk. Every effort to insure safety has been made, but a mud pit carries an obvious natural risk.

Release and Waiver of Liability. We hereby agree, on behalf of ourselves, our heirs and our personal representatives, to fully and forever discharge and release Bell Tower Festival and its affiliates, and their respective partners, agents, operators, managers, employees, and representatives (“Released Parties”) from any and all claims I may have or hereinafter have for any injury, temporary or permanent disability, death, damages, liabilities, expenses and/or causes of action, now known or hereinafter known in any jurisdiction in the world, attributable or relating in any manner to my entry upon and use of the Premises, whether caused by the negligence of the Bell Tower Festival or any of the Released Parties or by any other reason. The signature is acknowledgement and agreement that this Release and Waiver of Liability is intended to be, and is, a complete release of any responsibility of the Released Parties for any and all personal injuries, temporary or permanent disability, death, and/or property damage sustained by our team while on or using the Premises.
