We will try our very best to share your contribution on social media as a token of our appreciation. Please keep in mind that we're a small team and are mostly volunteer run. If you have been missed in the past we apologize. We do our best to thank all donors but sometimes things get missed. The earlier the donation comes in, the better chance we have at highlighting it. Please note this is a bonus not a promise.

Below are some FYI's to make it easy to donate. Please fill in all the details and simply submit! Filling out this form ensures success on both ends. We collect this information so that if you are eligible and qualify for a tax receipt, the process is seamless. We have two major silent auctions; Lewiston's 7th Bday Party and The Annual Love For Lewiston Charity Golf Tournament. Items will be used in either event.

Residential Drop Off Locations will have a designated bin in the front of the residence. Drop off here anytime between 8am - 8pm. 

If you are unable to drop off your donation at any of our locations please contact us at hello@loveforlewiston.ca and we can arrange pick up for you.

WINE RAFFLE

We are back at it! Our wine raffle helps us raise $10k for Alberta CHILDRENS Hospital Foundation. We need your help to collect 100 bottles. Drop off 1 or a whole case! Wine can be white red rose or bubbly we just ask that the value is $20 or more.

Donations can be dropped off at any of the above locations.

Important Tax Information

If you are donating a physical product we are happy to provide you a tax receipt. For CRA purposes please provide a list of each product you are donating, the retail value for that product, and a product link to your website where the product is listed. These are CRA requirements and therefore these must be completed for us to be able to issue a tax receipt. Furthermore, as per CRA guidelines, gift cards and services do not qualify for a tax receipt. But are still greatly needed and appreciated.
