2023 Restaurant Week Participation Form

By checking YES, each restaurant agrees to the following requirements:

Will offer a 3-course menu for $35 per person (does not include beverages, taxes or tip)
Will donate ONE $25 dining certificate per week to be used as prizes. This is to be mailed or dropped off at the Chamber office. If mailed, please use PO Box 272, Lake George, NY 12845.
Must be open/participate for atleast FIVE days during each promotion week.
Pay a $150 participation fee per week to assist with offsetting advertising costs.
Will email or mail your 3-course menu, restaurant logo to the LGRCC by June 3rd. Understand the failure to have materials by deadline may result in your restaurant NOT being listed on some advertising publications or website promotions.
