I hereby agree that I am providing volunteer services to Friends of Noah – Wisconsin (“Friends of Noah”), which may include assisting with pet adoptions, fostering or otherwise caring for and interacting with companion animal(s), and/or working at special events/information tabling. I acknowledge that my services are provided strictly on a volunteer basis, without any pay or compensation of any kind, and without liability of any nature on behalf of Friends of Noah. All services to be performed by me are at my own risk.

I recognize that in handling animals and performing other volunteer tasks, there exists risk of injury to me or my property, including but not limited to physical harm caused by the animals and/or transference of disease by the animals and hereby expressly assume all such risks.

On behalf of myself, my heirs, personal representatives, and/or executors, I hereby
release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless Friends of Noah, its officers, directors, agents, employees, adoption partners, and other volunteers from any and all claims, causes of action, or demands, of any nature or cause, including costs and attorneys fees incurred by Friends of Noah in connection with the same, based on the damages or injuries which may be incurred or sustained by me or my property or any companion animal I may be in contact with for Friends of Noah, including but not limited to, animal bites, accidents, disease, or other injury.
