Before you go to complete the form, it is helpful to have your inspirational photos already saved in your phone's gallery. This is for easy access when prompted in the form. I would recommend not to browse for photos in the middle of completing this form as the form details may not save. It's okay if you do not have photos yet, but these are great visuals for your wedding makeup goals. (Again, you can add these photos after this form is submitted.)

To save your date, a non-refundable deposit of $200 is required. The deposit is applied to your final balance due. If you have any questions at all, please let me know. I will be happy to further assist you.

My ultimate goal is to create a calm, stress-free, and happy environment on your wedding day! That way the focus stays on you, the beautiful bride-to-be!

• As part of your service, I provide a timeline/schedule for the morning of to help things run as smoothly as possible! It is important all party members are aware of and ready for their time slot. This helps to ensure we stay on time for the day and ultimately allows for an easier flow for your morning.
• Let me know of any and all allergies, skin concerns/issues or anything else that may impact the makeup services.
• Please have a fresh clean face free of any skincare. Please consider bringing your own skincare if you have allergies (eg. moisturiser and a cleanser).
• Remember to wear a button-down shirt or something that can easily be removed and not affect the makeup application.
• Remember to clear off the working area (table) and set up near working outlets. A table is needed to layout the makeup kits. Be sure the area is away from food or delicate items. The working area is preferable near natural light (window) or with ample lighting. Thank you!

When you come in for your trial, I recommend that you bring

• Pictures of makeup that you like

• A picture of your dress and flowers

• If you plan to have a spray tan on the day it is best if you can also have one on the day of your trial. Washed off at least a day or two prior.

• If you wish to wear lash extensions on your wedding day it is best if these can also be on for your trial. However, not necessary as lashes are provided. 

• Someone whose opinion you value, if you wish.

• It is recommended to wear a white top that has a similar neckline to your dress. Be sure you can easily remove your top without ruining your makeup.

• If the trial is not at the salon, remember to clear off the working area (table) and set up near working outlets. A table is needed to layout the makeup kits. Be sure the area is away from food or delicate items. The working area is preferable near natural light (window) or with ample lighting. Thank you!
