The amount indicated above will be automatically deducted from your commission for each side of a transaction, and deposited into a GCAR non-profit escrow account to assist homebuyers in the local region served by the Gunnison-Crested Butte Association of REALTORS®.

Iunderstand that the broker(s) involved with the transaction may need to complete a Commission Disbursement Authorization prior to each closing, and that I will be listed in semi- annual newspaper advertisements under the level I have specified.
