• Catering Order Request Form

    Thank you for choosing Schussboom Brewing Co. for your catering needs. All orders need to be placed by 5 pm the day prior including changes to your order or cancellations. Catering is available Monday-Friday from 10:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

  • Offsite Catering:

    Please note that all orders, either for pick-up or delivery, will incur a 18% service charge (plus tax). 

     

    Delivery service is available to locations up to 5 miles away from Schussboom Brewing Co.

    Delivery service fee is an additional $40.

     

    A credit card deposit for the full amount of the catering package will be required upon ordering

    *While we are pleased to offer gluten-free options on our menu, and we do take precautions such as having a separate fryer for gluten-free options, we are NOT a gluten-free restaurant. Any of our gluten-free products are at risk of cross-contamination.

    All Sandwiches are on house-made focaccia bread.  Gluten-free focaccia available for additional charge.

    Caprese: House-made Fresh Mozzarella, Tomato, Fresh Basil, Spring Mix, Aged Balsamic  Reduction, EVOO, & Tarragon Aioli. 

    Soprano: Spianata Calabrese Salami, Capicola, Mortadella, Provolone, Tomato, Arugula, Red Wine Vinaigrette, Pepperoncini, & Tarragon Aioli.

    Turkey & Brie: Oven Roasted Turkey Breast, Brie Cheese, Apples, Red Onion Compote, Arugula, & Tarragon Aioli. 

    Turkey Club: Oven Roasted Turkey Breast, Provolone, Bacon, Lettuce, Tomato, House-made Pickles, & Tarragon Aioli.
