ART*VR Submission form

Art*VR festival is the first festival in the Central and Eastern Europe dedicated to the immersive projects including virtual reality, augmented reality, mixed reality and other immersive audiovisual formats.

Festival takes place in Prague, the Czech Republic in term November 1st-December 3rd, 2023.

The festival comitee will select in total 20-25 projects in competitive and out of competition categories, which will be presented in the Centre of Contemporary Art: DOX, one of the most prestigous galleries in Middle Europe.

In the competitive section, these prizes will be awarded: Best Art*VR Award, Grand Jury Award, Best Interactive Design Award and Best Storytelling Award.

Submission regulations:

1) The submitted projects must be produced in 2022 or 2023. Older projects will not be accepted.

2) The submitted projects can be standalone XR experiences or XR installations. Festival accepts VR, AR and MR projects. Projects compatible with Meta Quest Devices (1/2/Pro) are being preferred. Either standalone or as connected to PC.

3) If the project needs special technological addons or tools, the submitter must provide the festival with proper desription and idealy with screengrab/video of the experience showing these other elements of the project.

4) Information about selection results will be announced to authors during September 2023.
