  • 4 Step Process for Participation

    1. Complete and submit this application.

    2. Complete the assessments (you will be directed to the assessments link when you click "Submit Form" at the end of this application).

    3. Applicants will be notified of their participation status by December 15, 2023.

    4. Selected participants will attend a group registration on January 3, 2024.

    • Please review your answers before submitting your application. When you click the "Submit Form" button you will be directed to the assessments link. You must complete the assessments to be considered for participation in the program.  The assessments may take up to 45 minutes total to complete. If you can not complete the assessments in one sitting, please follow the directions in the assessment link and save your Event ID in order to log back in later.
