Dragon Professional V16 Enterprise VLA provides unlimited activations and can be installed on a server or local client.  Dragon v16 is compatible with Windows 11 and backwards compatible with Windows 10. 

As will all Dragon products, Dragon Professional V16 is licensed per author.
