Cancellation Policy: Once you and the freelancer have agreed to work together on a project, you may only cancel the project with the freelancer's approval.If the freelancer approves the cancellation, any funds released to the freelancer will be refunded to the brand's Reel Mood account.If the freelancer declines the cancellation, you can either proceed with the project or file a dispute with Reel Mood. Refund Policy:If you're not satisfied with the freelancer's work, you can request a refund within 7 days of the project's completion.Before requesting a refund, you must allow the freelancer to make revisions to the work to try and address your concerns.If you still wish to proceed with a refund, you must submit a request to Reel Mood's customer support team and provide evidence of the freelancer's unsatisfactory work.Reel Mood will review your refund request and make a decision within 14 business days.If your refund request is approved, the funds will be refunded to your Reel Mood account.It's important to note that these policies may vary depending on the specific details of a project or transaction, so we recommend reviewing the terms and conditions before starting any project on the platform.
