Thank you for your interest in a Pink Slip Bridal Appointment.

Our dresses are sold off-the-rack. Some styles are available for special order should you need another size.

We allow you plus 2 at your appointment.

Our Bridal Suite is located on a section floor, in a private room, that is available by stair access only.

Please bring the appropriate undergarments to your appointment for best fit.

Have your own shoes? Definitely bring them!

Ordering styles takes no longer than 1 month.

We offer water and sparkling water during your appointment. If you are interested in bringing outside food or beverage please email info@pinkslipboutique.com.

We require a credit card to hold your appointment. Once you've submitted this form, we will be in touch within 24 hours to book your appointment. There is no charge for Bridal appointments however we do charge a $10 cancelation fee should you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice.
