This scholarship was established in memory of Kimarion Nelson Todd, a kind soul who was very passionate about people and health. He had sustained several injuries during his high school football career and had planned to use his experiencces and newfound interest in studying the body to seek a degree in Physical Therapy. His refusal to stand for bullying and emphatic spirit made others want to be in his presence. This scholarship will be awarded to a high school graduate with demonstrated financial need who is seeking a degree in the medical or education field. The ideal candidate will exemplify a strong desire toward achieving academic success, in addition to evidence of leadership skills and community service involvement.
