Report a Recovered Capital Bikeshare bike
After you fill out this form we will verify the information and confirm that the bike you have recovered has been abandoned. We will send you a follow up email within 10-15 business days with instructions on how to redeem your $5 credit towards your Capital Bikeshare account. You must include a photo of the bike at its current location. Instructions for uploading photos are below.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Do not attempt to recover any bikes that are on private property. Additionally, do not approach a bike unless you are certain it has been abandoned or unattended for a while. If you see other people near the bike then it may still be in use.
