I am requesting that my library card be renewed, but cannot come into the Library with my card, photo ID and proof of address. I do understand that there are contract limitations requiring Utah State residency for access to digital services for a Saratoga Springs Public Library Card and will be providing the necessary proof to allow staff to process the renewal of my account.*

3. Proof of current Saratoga Springs address with the cardholders first and last name where the correspondence is dated and/or postmarked within the last thirty (30) days. The date or postmark must be visible in the image
