However, to accomplish goals you will learn how to balance your meals more appropriately when eating at home, while traveling, while eating out, etc. All clients that follow the carb balanced approach are responsible for determining their own meal structure one meal at a time. Your body, your meal, your choice!

    Video(s) will be provided to support exactly how meal intake is tracked throughout the program. This method will allow me to guide you throughout the process and to help you learn how to apply changes in the future without my support.
