Revised T&Cs:
1. The GBC Lodge in Kingston is available for hire to current financial GBC members who are over 18 years old only.
2. The maximum length of stay is 7 nights.
3. Bookings can be made up to 12 months in advance and are for the whole complex.
4. The GBC member who hires the lodge must be present during the entire hire period.
5. No animals are permitted to stay at the clubrooms.
6. Members are required to clean the lodge completely before leaving and mow the lawns when needed.
7. Members must report any damage or repairs needed promptly.
8. Outdoor fires of any kind are not permitted on GBC property.
9. Please be respectful of our neighbours.
10. A deposit of $120 is required to secure a booking and must be paid within 5 working days of receiving the booking confirmation email or your booking will lapse.
11. The cost is a minimum of $120 per night for the whole complex for up to 4 people, with an additional $30 per person per night thereafter. Children 10 and under are free, and the maximum occupancy is 20 people per night.
12. Caravan sites are also available and cost the same per person per night.
13. Final payment must be made within 5 working days of the end of the hire period, and hirees are responsible for filling out final payment forms accurately and promptly after the hire period.
14. Cancellations must be advised at least 21 days prior to the booking or the deposit will not be refunded.
15. GBC retains the right to cancel any and all bookings at short notice due to unforeseen circumstances.
16. The GBC committee can enforce a stand-down period for any member/s who is in breach of the T&Cs of the Kingston Lodge or has an overdue account.
17. The GBC Lodge cannot be hired as a wedding venue.
