Transferring your serviceIMPORTANT: If you are changing from another provider, it is your responsibility to check if you have any minimum notice terms to provide them, or if you are in a contract. When you change to AUS Internet, your existing nbn service (including any bundled add-ons) with your current provider may be cancelled immediately once our service is connected. If you are unsure, please contact us to discuss your current connection, and we can best advise how to proceed. This does not affect non NBN services such as ADSL. Your application will typically be processed within 24hrs of being received. Service transfers from another provider are usually completed within within 24hrs, although extended transfer time of 1- 3 days may occur. Orders placed before midday are usually completed same day (Mon to Fri)! If you would like us to hold off processing until a particular date, please advise us below by specifying on which date you wish for your service to be transferred. If no additional information is provided below - your order is deemed to be for transfer ASAP.

Churn optionAUS Internet can connect your new service either as a 'CHURN' or as a new separate connection. A Churn involves us connecting our service in place of your existing service on the same port on your existing nbn NTD, thus cancelling your existing provider's connection (They will be notified by nbn). A Churn does however attract a pass-through fee from nbn of $25. If however you wish to simply have your new service connected as a separate connection on the same nbn NTD on a different port - eg (UNI-D 2), there is no fee for this, although you will need to contact your existing service provider to cancel any subscription you have with them, once your new connection is active. Option 1: Churn my existing service - Fee of $25 applies as a one-off charge. Option 2: Connect to a new port, I will notify my existing provider myself - $0 fee applies
