DATA PROTECTION: Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council is the Data Controller for personal data gathered in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018. The purpose of collecting the data will be to contact potential suppliers from whom we can seek quotations. The data collected will be shared with any internal Council Officer who wishes to draw down the details of a potential supplier from the Supplier Database in order to issue quotations (the database will be available on the staff Intranet). We will only be contacting suppliers from this database for this purpose i.e. part of a procurement exercise. We won’t be sharing data outside the organisation except where we are obligated to do so as part of a disclosure exercise e.g. funding application or FOI request. Further information will be provided in the quotation / tender documents.

We will retain and dispose of the personal data collected in line with the Council’s Retention and Disposal Schedule. You can request to have your data removed at any time by contacting procurement@armaghbanbridgecraigavon.gov.uk
