TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1.) Please fill up the form if and only if you are COMPLETELY SURE in ordering from us.
2.) Please make sure to put correct and complete details in the order form. We will not be liable for any loss and delivery failure in the part of the local courier due to incorrect details. We will just follow all the information you provided.
3.) Once you’ve submitted an order form we will verify it and you will receive an e-mail for your order confirmation within 24 hours. Contact us immediately if you haven't received the confirmation within the given time bracket. Do not forget to double check every details in the form. Instructions and payment details will be sent together with the order confirmation.
4.) Once the order confirmation and payment details are sent, settle your payment ON or BEFORE the stated deadline.
5.)All items are ONHAND except stated as PRE-ORDER. ETA will be 3-6 weeks after shipped out from our kr address.
6.) We will not be held liable for any Loss, Damages & Delays caused by the courier while the item is being shipped. Please take note that these circumstances are beyond our control. But we will help you in case the couriers caused damages to your items.
7.) LIMITS OF LIABILITY - Factory/Manufacturer defects for sealed items such as missing photocard , missing inclusions, lightstick button defect or anything that falls in this category is not under our control. Thus, we can’t refund/exchange your item for this reason.
8.)Make sure to take a video of the items you received (from start until the end) . It will serve as a proof in any case that you have complaints about the merchandises received such as wrong version or wrong item. If confirmed that it's our fault and shortcomings, we are willing to pay for the shipping fee to return the items and refund/exchange it afterwards.
