Make sure to remove the following from each vehicle*

ALL Dealer Badging, Dealer Vanity Plates, and Plastic AdhesiveAll removable items (extra floor mats, vehicle booklets, charging cords) and store them during the event
Make sure to install*

Vanity plates on each vehicle - covering the existing manufacturer plate
Note: Please ensure that you perform a walk around inspection upon receipt of the vehicle. All vehicles are sold as used vehicles with normal wear and tear and are sold “as is”. Any damage in excess of normal wear and tear most be reported within 72 hours of receipt and reported to ESG. No claims will be honored except under the ESIS estimate accompanying this vehicle. Damages incurred after release to dealer are not the responsibility of EventLink.
This receipt must be signed at the conclusion of the inspection. Re-billing cannot begin without this inspection.
