What food products do you intend to promote at this year's event?*
All food vendor spaces will be outside of the auditorium, in designated space, two general admissions tickets to the event for owner and assistant, business logo placed in our event booklet. By signing below, you are acknowledging these provisions and understand the perks that come along with your vendor booth purchase.*

Let's agree on a few things!

Please INITIAL each agreement in this section.
Event Vendor Contractual Agreement: The parties involved in this contract are Eventful Expressions and SLGS2TA named as "Host" and the above-mentioned business/organization named as "Vendors". Whereas, Host is hosting an event known as Sisters, Let's Giv'Em Something 2 Talk about Women's Empowerment on Saturday, September 16th 2023 at the Keihin Auditorium in Tarboro, NC. All vendor applications will be reviewed and approved, and FULL PAYMENT for the requested vendor spot will be due within three (3) business days of your application being approved. Booth assignments will be made upon receipt of your full payment.*

Vendor Set-up and Access: Vendor shall have access to the location agreed upon by the parties no less than 4 hours before the Event's commencement for the purpose of setting up the vending station, goods, and other things necessary and reasonable to vending at the location. NO VENDOR WILL BE ALLOWED TO CHECK IN AFTER 9:00 AM. Vendor must be fully set-up no later than 9:30 am.*

Vendor Liability: All food trucks must be licensed and have sanitation grade of an "A" displayed in order to paticipate in this year's event.*

Vendor Goods & Services: The vendor shall not vend any goods or services other than those described herein at and during the Event without the Host's consent.*

Vendor Station Regulations & Dress Code: Vendor's vending station shall be no larger than agreed to with host based on vending space size; shall be clean and orderly; and shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Vendor's staff may announce the availability of the goods to be vended only while they are within the confines of the vendor's location. Vendor's staff shall be clothed and groomed in a clean, neat fashion and shall conduct themselves in an orderly fashion. No loud music, noise, or sound amplification devices shall be used by vendor's staff at the location. Vendor shall have access to the location for up to 1 (one) hour after the Event's conclusion to dismantle and remove all things brought to the location by Vendor. Vendor must leave the location clean of trash and substantially in the condition it was before the Vendor occupied it.*

Liability Waiver: Vendor hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Host against anydamages or claims that may arise in connection with Vendor's presence at the Event and Vendor's activities of any kind.*

Payment Agreement: All payments are due within three (3) business days of your application approval. All payments must be made online through our secured payment system site or by Cash, Money Order, Certified Funds, Zelle or PayPal. NO PERSONAL CHECKS ACCEPTED. ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. In the event that the said event is canceled, all monies will be refunded. All spaces are on a First Come-First Serve basis.*

PLEASE NOTE:

ALL food vendors will go through an approval process to avoid duplicate businesses/products from being sold. Once approved, a link will be emailed to you where payment can be remitted. Payment MUST be received within 3 busniess days of approval to secure space. If payment is NOT received within designated time, space will be forfeited and reopened for another business/product of the same caliber to take advantage of securing a vending space.
