Cancellation Policy

To cancel, reschedule, or modify any portion of your appointment for any reason, a full 72-hour notice is required. To avoid the cancellation fee, you have to contact me directly by texting 720 338 0434 or emailing Selma@SelmaLovesHair.com, as the automated number for appointment reminders and confirmations does NOT accept cancellations.  

The cancellation fee will be charged in addition to your new appointment amount.
If you cancel with less than 72 hours' notice, the cancellation fee will equal approximately 50% of the original service total amount.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice or don't show up, the cancellation fee will equal 100% of the original service total amount.

Other Salon Policies

Products purchased directly from the suite are final. Returns purchased through online affiliate link must be brought to salon secured in an unsealed shipping box.

Services refund or credit will not be provided. If I deliver a result that is considerably different from the one we agreed upon prior to starting your service and no one else has attempted to alter it, I will provide adjustment within 10 days from your appointment at no further cost to you. To receive it, you must text or email me directly within 3 days from your appointment.

Belongings replacement or reimbursement will not be provided in the event of any damage caused by the received services. Please keep the draping provided for clothes protection in place for the duration of your appointment.

Visitors and children. Space inside the suite and in the corridor is very limited, so please arrive to your appointment unaccompanied.
