I acknowledge that my hairstylist is a trained and licensed professional that will be treated with respect all the time.
I acknowledge that my hairstylist practices safe and modern approaches, techniques and such to achieve todays latest trends. I understand that current and past product usage may affect the ability to obtain the desired look while maintaining the integrity of the hair.
I understand my hairstylist will not be responsible or liable if the result of the service is not as expected as it should be after 1 session.
I confirm that I will follow the regimen and the suggested follow-ups of the salon and the hairstylist in maintaining my hair.
I am allowing my hairstylist to apply necessary chemicals as part of the service in my hair treatment.
I understand that the result of this chemical may vary from one person to another.
I confirm that the hairstylist explained to me what is the plan of treatment, the benefits, the pros, and cons.
I agree that the hairstyle is final after the service. If I am not satisfied with the results of the session I will politely and professionally inform my hairstylist right away. Anything after 1 week will result in a charge to make any changes.
I consent and allow my hairstylist to take photographs of the provided service.
I give consent in terms of sharing the photograph to social media for marketing campaigns or testimonials.
I confirm that kids are not allowed in the work service area for safety reasons.
We require a minimum 48 hours of notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment, otherwise a rebooking fee will be assessed.
In the case an issue arises please contact your Stylist immediately as they will be the first step in resolving it. Please contact the hairstylist immediately if you have any concerns regarding your service. Any concerns addressed after 1 weeks will be dealt with as a new service.
If your toner or color has faded prematurely and you have been using recommended products, the refresh will be done at no cost to you. If the responsibility of the issue falls on your Stylist, this will be no cost to you. If you changed your mind on your service or want to add additional color, this will be treated as a new service and charged accordingly. We have a no refund policy but will make every attempt to correct any issues or concerns. Your satisfaction is our goal.
Color does not lift color, there is a lightening process involved and results are unpredictable. Regular treatments and toning will need to be upkept.
Each session may require a full application, each one fine tuning any inconsistencies exposed during the lightening process.
We do not guarantee any color products unless they are purchased from an authorized salon. Target, Walmart, Amazon, or any major retailer or drugstore are not considered authorized dealers. The products from these establishments have proven to be counterfeit and often full of bacteria, watered down or expired.
Anyone who has received a chemical straightening or perm is not a candidate for lightening.
Salon services vary by individual and may require multiple steps and/or visits to create the desired final look. Our mission is to make guests feel cared for and satisfied with the services they receive within our salon. For any personalized plan, please keep in mind that adjustments may be made to achieve your goals and/or to keep your hair healthy.
I have disclosed to the best of my abilities all current and past products used on my hair and services I have received for the past 2+ years. All the potential risks have been explained to me . I understand that there are instances when unexpected chemical interactions can occur if there is any residue on my hair or even if my hair has no product on it. There are no guarantees that my hair will respond in the way I want, and each session allows my stylist to better understand my hair. I release the salon and stylist and any other entities associated with this business if any damage occurs.
