The pricing provided reflects an initial rate range of $09–$15 per square metre, calculated based on the size and condition of the property. These rates apply to all properties and are designed to offer flexibility while meeting your individual requirements.
The final quote or rate will be confirmed during an on-site inspection prior to commencment, where we assess the property's condition and agree on the exact rate together. This ensures a fair and transparent approach that reflects the level of cleaning required for your unique situation.
💡 Additional Services:
Optional services such as window cleaning, pressure washing, carpet cleaning, or other contracted services (e.g., pest control) are available and priced at additional rates. These can be added to your quote and customised to your specific requests.
