You acknowledge that upon signup and intend to appear at the San Japan 14 / 2023 convention for a minimum of 2 days of at least 8 hours a day when the Exhibit Hall is open. Failure to show-up after signing up without contacting San Japan by August 30th will be denied for up to THREE YEARS. Signing up for an Indie Gaming Table under false pretenses will be a permanent ban from all San Japan-sanctioned events.
