Terms & Conditions
I, the undersigned, hereby grant permission to Rise Asset Development and its partners to record, film, photograph, audiotape, or videotape me (hereinafter referred to as “Works”) and to use, display, publish, or distribute these Works for purposes including, but not limited to, publication, website posting, and social media distribution.
I understand and acknowledge that:
- I waive any right to inspect or approve the use of these Works now or in the future, regardless of whether I am aware of their usage.
- I waive any right to compensation, royalties, or other remuneration related to the use of these Works.
- These Works may appear in electronic form on the internet or in publications beyond the control of Ink the Bay, and I will not hold them responsible for any unauthorized reproduction or misuse.

Event Terms & Conditions
- No refunds. This is a rain-or-shine event.
- Participant Responsibilities:
- Maintain the cleanliness of your space.
- Ensure the security of your merchandise.
- Security will be on-site 24 hours.
Setup & Event Schedule:
A final map and setup instructions will be provided before the event.
Vendors & Crafters:
- Setup: 7/24, 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Event Hours:
- 7/24: 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- 7/25: 9:00 AM – 11:00 PM
- 7/26: 9:00 AM – 11:00 PM
- 7/27: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
- Check-in Location: Ink The Bay tables for your assigned spot.
Tattoo Artists & Indoor Vendors:
- Setup: 7/24, 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM
- Ready to Work:By 12:00 PM
- Event Hours:
- 7/24: 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- 7/25: 9:00 AM – 11:00 PM
- 7/26: 9:00 AM – 11:00 PM
- 7/27: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Open-Air Market Vendors & Food Trucks:
- All vehicles must be off the market lot by 9:00 AM.
- After unloading, vehicles must be parked in designated green areas.
