Special Requests are noted here. I.E you may need an outlet at your station. This section let's us know how to accommodate your needs if we can.
As a vendor you understand that Wheeler & Co. & Affiliates will not be held responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged merchandise or any injury incurred during this event. We expect at least 1 way of promoting this event per week leading up to the event so that we can have a good turn out whether it be through family & friends or social media, etc. We will be promoting your brands as well & shouting you out during the event. You may begin set up at 8:00 am. The event starts at 4pm & ends at 10pm but we have until midnight. You must leave your area just the way you walked in with no trash left behind. We would love for you to stay the entire time. We also want you to enjoy the event as well. If you need or want to leave your station at any point, please note that we are not held responsible for your items. You are responsible for bringing your own equipment, tables etc. Our theme colors are RED, ORANGE, YELLOW, & WHITE so we would love for you to implement those colors somehow in your Vendor station. (NOT MANDATORY) Please remember this will be a Luxury OUTSIDE Experience & Representation Matters! You will receive 1 promotional giveaway ticket that represents your brand & ours to encourage your followers to engage & spread the word. We hope you are accepted & reach your goal for that day!
