Booking Policy
To begin any tattoo design work and secure your appointment in our calendar, a $100 deposit is required. This deposit is non-refundable & non-transferable
Your deposit reserves time in the artist’s schedule that could otherwise be booked by another client. Please note that artists commute to the studio and prepare with high-quality disposable materials, all of which require compensation.

We prefer E .F. T’s (Electronic Fund Transfers) sent to timelessdeposit@gmail.com. ONCE we confirm receip payment, we will contact you with available dates and times of the artists' availability.
Cancellation Policy:
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the artists day that could have been filled by another customer. As such, we require 2 business days notice for any cancellations or changes to your consultations.
Clients who miss their appointment for ANY reason, will be charged a $100 fee. If you have ongoing sessions booked in our colander, all of those sessions will be forfeited unless we receive an immediate additional $100 deposit fee.
