- We ask that you please allow 5 Business Days for a response with quotes to the email address provided. This will afford me the opportunity to personalize your vacation package and offer the best pricing available within your budget.

- Please be deposit ready to secure the quoted pricing, most vendors require a deposit or the full payment to secure your travels.
- After the vacation has been agreed upon, all payment information is required to guarantee your booking. You will receive a Credit Authorization Form giving us permission to process your payment.

Thank you so much for completing the Travel Request form above. The information provided will help me to quote your vacation package and ensure you will have the best deals.

2 separate quotes will be sent to the email address provided in the form.

There will be a NON-REFUNDABLE SERVICE planning fee of $35.00 for Couples

There will be a NON-REFUNDABLE SERVICE planning fee of $75.00 for Groups 5 or more.

There will be an additional planning fee of $35.00 for any additional quotes requested. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Once the Service Planning fee has been submitted and confirmed, I will send a confirmation email within 5 BUSINESS days with your travel quotes.

To secure the quoted price, most vendors require a deposit or sometimes full payment at the time of price quote, being "Deposit Ready" at the time of the priced quote is very important. After the quote has been agreed upon, all payment information will be required to process your payment for booking.

**Group Travel - Everyone MUST pay the deposit together**

Once prices are confirmed and you are ready to proceed with one of the quotes, a Credit Authorization will be sent requesting authorization to process payments. Receipts will be emailed for each authorized payment.

**Cancellation Policy of Trip**

If you need to cancel your trip for ANY reason, there will be an invoice form sent to you from Connie J'z Travel Connections payment system, for a cancellation fee (Couples) $50.00 per booking and (Groups 5 people or more) $75.00 per booking which needs to be paid before your trip can be cancelled.
