Parkview Alumni Scholarship Application

Attention Parkview Elementary School Alumni!

The Parkview Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) is pleased to offer scholarship(s) to graduating high school senior(s) who attended Parkview Elementary School, served their community, and are continuing their education. The award can be used for tuition, books, gas/airfare to travel to school, or supplies needed for the first year of school. The PTO has set aside $500 for scholarships this year. The PTO may choose to award the full amount to a single recipient, or we may choose to award smaller amounts to multiple recipients. The PTO will follow up with all applicants in early June. Scholarship money will be sent directly to the student.

Application Guidelines

Applicant must:
- be a graduating high school senior with a plan to continue education at a university, college, community college, technical college or trade school.
- have attended Parkview Elementary School for 3 consecutive years and/or all of 5th grade. have a cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher.
Applicant must attach:
- Copy of college or trade school acceptance letter
- Recommendation letter from a high school staff member, employer or other person who knows the student well (not a family member or friend)
