HMMA Media/Press Request Application

This form is to be completed by all press personnel requesting media credentials for all HMMA events. Credentials must be requested for each media representative, including photographers. Print photographers / videographers and reporters can apply for Awards Gala red carpet coverage. Upon the completed form as confirmed receipt and if approved, our PR department will contact you with media check-in info and HMMA press protocols.

This information will not be shared with anyone except HMMA production and HMMA public relations staff. HMMA will approve all Media Requests and Press Passes prior to the event. Granted pass holders will be notified and will only be issued to approved press/media personnel. Approval and press placement will be dependent on the size of the red carpet/event area.

No media will be allowed access to the red carpet without a completed form on file with credentials issued, which are non-transferable. A credential badge is valid only when worn by the individual to whom it was issued. Any transfer of credentials can and will result in the revocation of all of the organization/outlet’s credentials. In addition, future requests for credentials by the organization/outlet will be denied. ACCESS WILL BE DENIED WITHOUT APPROPRIATE CREDENTIALS. Proof of current working status required.
