  •  Quilts entered by non-members of GVQC will only be professionally judged, and a written critique will be provided for all professionally judged quilts.


    Non-Member Entry Fee:  $20 per quilt only professionally judged

    Member  $15.00 per quilt for professionally judged

    Peer judged -open to members only- no charge

    Member only- non judged- Youth, Challenge and National Award winner (invitation only)

    NARRATIVE CARD TO BE ATTACHED TO THE HUNG QUILT

    Tell us briefly (65 words or less) about this quilt in the space below.  Include the following:

    • credit for any part of the quilt that is not your original design  (Examples:  McCall’s magazine, kit pattern name and designer, name of purchased pattern, inspired by photo taken by, etc.
    • brief history or description of the quilt

        I wish to enter my quilt in the Genesee Valley Quilt Club 2024 Quilt Show (Genesee Valley QuiltFest).  I understand that every precaution will be taken to protect said entry.  I further understand that insurance on this entry is the responsibility of the owner.  By execution of this form, GVQC and the Rochester Institute of Technoloty (RIT) will not be held liable for all known or unknown damages, injuries, losses, judgments and/or claims from any causes whatsoever that may be suffered by any person to his/her property incurred as a direct result of the GVQC Quilt Show (Genesee Valley QuiltFest) sponsored by GVQC and held at RIT.  I have read and understand the registration information and requirements.  By my electronic submission, I agree to abide by all conditions stated on this entry form.  I also grant GVQC and Genesee Valley QuiltFest the right to photograph this entry for files, publicity, education, and/or promotional purposes in either print or electronic media.
