Date: Sunday, June 25, 2023

Please note there is limited lot parking available and plenty of street parking.
Time: Athletes arrive at 11am , lifting starts at 12 noon. Estimated end time 4pm.
Equipment: All deadlifts will be done on a deadlift bar with kilo plates. Straps are *not* allowed (excluding needed accommodations). Chalk will be provided.
Attempts: Each athlete will have three attempts to pull their deadlifts. Attempts will be done in kilos, according to standard powerlifting loading chart. Openers will be collected the week of the event.
Flights/Order: Flights will be organized before the event day and sent out the evening prior to the event.
This event will be capped at 60 lifters.
