• 4th of JULY VENDOR APPLICATION

    The Clawson Fourth of July Committee will hold our annual Arts & Crafts Show in Clawson City Park (picnic area on West Elmwood) on WEDNESDAY, JULY 3, 2024 from 3 pm to 8 pm and THURSDAY,  JULY 4, 2024 from 10 am to 6 pm.
     
    The Arts & Crafts Show is held along with Clawson’s Fourth of July Celebration.  The day of the 4th includes a Firecracker Mile Race, morning parade, carnival, concessions, and evening fireworks.
     
    General Information
     
    Cost is $90 per space (10’ wide x 10’ deep in grassy area and in Pavilion).  Provide your own tables and chairs.  Parking space provided.

    Admission to the Arts & Crafts show is at our discretion.

    Applications can be completed online or mailed along with a check.  

    The Arts & Crafts Show will be held rain or shine.

    If electricity is needed, participants must provide their own generators.

    NO REFUNDS.

    If you apply online, you will be notified via email if your application is accepted or rejected.  If accepted, this follow up email will include payment instructions.  Your electronic payment acknowledgement or cancelled check is your receipt.  Space assignment is made after payment is received. 

    The spaces are assigned on a first come, first served basis.

    The cost per space will increase to $110 for applications received after Monday, June 10, 2024.

    No reservations taken after Monday, June 24, 2024.

    There is a fee for anyone entering the gated area of the park.

    • Complete the form online and make payment by check or money order payable to Clawson Fourth of July Committee. PLEASE make sure to include your name and business name used on your application for reference.

    Reservations for the Arts & Crafts Show will be made and space assigned upon receipt of check or money order, once the art or craft is deemed acceptable.
