Positions Available:
- Head Cheer Coach: Lead our cheerleading program with strategic vision and expertise. Responsible for developing and implementing training strategies and ensuring the success of our athletes both on and off the mat.
- Assistant Cheer Coach: Support the Head Coach in executing training programs and help develop athletes' skills to achieve their highest potential. Assist in day-to-day coaching activities and team management.
- Admin: Provide essential administrative support to ensure smooth operations within the organization. Responsibilities include managing schedules, communications, and record-keeping with precision and professionalism.
- Manager: Oversee the overall operations of Cold Wave Athletics and works closely with our Founder. Ensure all programs are executed efficiently, and coordinate between coaches, staff, parents, and athletes to maintain our organization’s high standards.
