  • MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING

    Please download the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between VBS and the Grant Recipient. Fill out the MOU, obtain signatures, then upload a copy of the completed MOU below.

    Applications will not be accepted without a completed Memorandum of Understanding.

  • Please note the following requirements:

    • The Grant Coordinator will determine if nest box materials will be provided directly to the applicant and/or if VBS will reimburse the applicant for the purchase of nest box materials.
    • The total cost of each complete nest box set-up (box, pole, 2 predator guards and all hardware) should not exceed $70.00. 
    • The preferred nest box design is the “Carl Little” design described on the VBS Web Site. The Grant Coordinator must approve any deviation from this design.
