Please send your campers with a water bottle, lunch, any necessary medication and a complete change of clothes. We will provide snacks and will be able to clean hearing aids (change batteries, tubing, etc) but if your camper has other accessories (mic, etc) please send that with them. All items should be labeled with camper's full name. Medications should be given directly to camp staff upon check in.
Please note transportation is not provided to or from camp/ the zoo. Parents/guardians are responsible for transportation.
At drop off on the first day of camp, parent's will need to sign a Hear Camp waiver, HOTI waiver and photo release. Other forms may be added at time if needed. Parent's will be responsible to sign camper in and out during drop off/ pick up. For safety of our campers, we will not allow any child to leave the premises with an individual that is not provided on the pick up list.
