    • Please know your shopping concierge will make their best effort to locate every item on your list, and is not limited to groceries — you can order any items that you would like to have on hand during your stay.


      Grocery shopping and delivery:       $50 and 25% of the grocery bill.

      What's included:

      • Your shopping concierge will make multiple stops if needed to locate every item on your list.

      • Groceries will be neatly stowed away in the fridge & pantry, drinks chilled, wine fridge stocked, fruit bowl filled, paper goods put away in storage areas, toilet paper in bathrooms.

      • For private residences: Fridge and pantry organization, removal of expired food and fridge cleaning at time of delivery available upon request billed at hourly rate.


      Errands:       $40 +3% processing fee on purchases made on your behalf.

      What's included:

      • Pickup and delivery of any item(s) from any store/shop/etc.
      (i.e. a birthday cake, or restaurant delivery)

      +$10 distance surcharge for delivery to or from North Tahoe locations 10 miles or greater from Truckee.


      Additional stops available per request:       $10 per store, plus gratuity.


      In-home services:       $60/hour billed at 30 min increments.

      Same day delivery from Reno      : $175 minimum or Grocery shopping & delivery rate above

      What's included:

      • Full service personal shopping and delivery of any item(s) from any store/shop/etc. in Reno, NV delivered to your home, same day. 

      • Additional stops available upon request.

      *Why does it cost this much?
      Reno is approximately 2 hours and 80 miles round-trip drive from North Tahoe. For reference: couriers and taxis charge approximately $4 per mile.

    • How does pre-arrival delivery work?

      1. Complete the order form and send us your shopping list at least 8 hours before you arrive.

      2. If you're staying at a hotel or vacation rental, we will coordinate accessing your unit with the concierge, host or vacation rental company. For private residences, please provide your garage/door access code on the order form.

      3. We will shop and stock your kitchen.


      Are you insured?

      Yes. We are also family owned and operated, and members of the Truckee Chamber of Commerce, and BBB Accredited. When pre-stocking your Tahoe home or rental we wear shoe covers, and meticulously take the utmost care and attention to detail.


      What's your availability?

      Our shopping concierge service is available to deliver anything you need 7 days a week 11am-9pm.

      What are the most popular grocery stores in Truckee?

      • Safeway (a.k.a Albertson's/Vons and carries all household staples)

      • Raley's O-N-E Market (Carries the same products as Whole Foods)

      We shop and deliver from any store, and will go to multiple stores if necessary to fulfill your list.


      Can I request a particular grocery store?

      Of course! If an item on your list is out of stock at that store, your personal shopper will make multiple stops at other stores to find the item you need.


      What's the difference between you and Instacart? 

      There's really no comparison. We offer full service bespoke concierge personal shopping and home stocking. It's not just a delivery service, it's Just Better Delivery™. 


      Do I pick grocery items like I do on Instacart?

      We want ordering to be as simple as possible, so we don't have thousands of items on our website to sift through. Send us your list in the order form, text it to us (or text us a picture of mom's hand-written recipe) — our team will source anything and everything you need during your stay.


      Can I send you screenshots of my Instacart/grocery store website list?

      Yes, simply select the "I'll text or email you my shopping list" option on the order form, then send your screenshots to 530-536-8500.


      I'm arriving today, can you still deliver before I arrive?

      We offer same day delivery, but we may not have enough time to get it there before you check-in. If you're arriving today, you will be prompted on the order form to select a time from the available delivery windows.


      What if I need to cancel my delivery?

      There is no cancellation fee if the order is cancelled prior to the time we have shopped for your request(s). If we have already shopped, there will be a penalty fee of the service charge plus the cost of any items that the store will not accept for return. If we have already delivered, your order is non-refundable.
