This form is for a photographic association to apply for affiliation with the West Australian Photographic Federation.
The WAPF provides third party insurance cover for its members and conducts a number of events during each year in which members can participate.
For regular affiliates fees are calculated based on the association membership as at 28 February each year and are payable no later than 31 March. Current affiliation fees are $30 plus $8 per registered member including life members.
A pro rata arrangement will be made for new affiliates joining through the year and the association will be contacted about this after the application has been considered by the WAPF committee.
