REGARDING HEALTH INSURANCE PLANS:

Many of our clinicians are in-network with Northwell and Aetna POS, PPO, and EPO plans. At this time, we are out-of-network with all other insurance plans. However, if your insurance plan has out-of-network benefits, you are eligible for partial reimbursement (a partial refund) for your sessions once your out-of-network deductible has been met for the year.

At the end of each month, we will provide you with a superbill, which is a detailed receipt that includes all of your session dates and the information your insurance requires to process an out-of-network reimbursement claim. To submit for reimbursement, simply log into your health insurance portal and enter the information listed on your superbill. If you have an out-of-network plan and have met your out-of-network deductible for the year, your insurance company will mail a partial refund in the form of a check to your home.
